Learn all about the giant Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center in New York City. See a time line of the 75 years that they have been putting the tree up, and the environmentally friendly changes they’ve made this year. Incandescent lights have been replaced with more efficient LEDs, and the tree is scheduled to be processed into treated lumber after the festivities are over. They even have a section with tips about how to make your own decorations more efficient and better for the environment.
